Rhododendrons galore

The rhododendron dell at the Dunedin Botanic Gardens is spectacular. The variety and colour on display is impressive. They seem to thrive in this climate. October is always a time for my mum to visit and enjoy, along with hundreds of others. Many visitors are already fully aware of this special part of our gardens, and the next few months will again be captured in many photographs and fond memories. I bet all ex-Dunedinites can remember this part of the gardens, and the cafe, Peter Pan statue and playground.
