Toitu Otago Settlers Museum

This is the new name of the museum that has been undergoing major developments for the last few years. Museum. It portrays the people, culture, technology, art, fashion, and transport that is Dunedin\'s history.
There is something for everyone, and it is only a short walk from the fabulous Railway station, and beside the relaxing Chinese Gardens.
It is housed in the original Edwardian galleries and the former New Zealand Rail Road Transport Building. The modern entrance, pictured, houses the reception, shop and cafe.
The amazing Pixies are back on display from 10 December until 6 January.
